For UG Courses: Minimum qualification eligibility required to apply for courses in management field is 12th / PUC/ Intermediate with minimum 45% aggregate.

For PG Courses: For admission to master’s courses in management field, students should have bachelor’s degree with minimum 45% aggregate.

The percentage require for admission varies from colleges to colleges strictly under management quota.

FEES STRUCTURE 2018

There are different types of Fees structure depending upon allocation of seats under respective quota. Management quota Fees may varies college to college according to the stream and selection.

UG Courses

BBA ( Bachelor in Business Administration ) – rs. 1,25,000 /-

B.Com ( Bachelor in Commerce ) – rs. 90,000/-

BA ( Bachelor in Arts ) – rs. 60,000/-

PG Courses

MBA ( Masters in Business Administration ) – rs. 3,00,000/- per year

M. Com ( Masters in Commerce ) – – rs. 1,50,000/- per year

Admissions into undergraduate management courses is commonly done on the basis of merit. Merit is prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in qualifying examination (12th).

Some institutions/Universities provides admission on the basis of their own entrance exam, following with Group Discussion, Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.

To get admission in postgraduate management courses, students need to apply for entrance exam.

Typically, admissions into MBA course is done through CAT/MAT/CMAT, etc. In addition to these entrance exams, there are many other entrance exams conducted by colleges/ University for admission to postgraduate courses following with Group Discussion, Micro Presentation and Personal Interview.

Admission through management quota

Some private colleges in India have some reserved seats allocated to them by the government defined as Management/ NRI quota.

These seats are given by the college on their own norms and eligibility. The colleges may charge capitation amount / development charges/ or increase in fees structure to give seats to deserving candidates.

All colleges do have their own eligibility criteria, terms and conditions to give seats to respective students. The criteria and procedure varies from colleges to colleges.

** Note- management/NRI quota is STRICTLY available only in private colleges. No government colleges is having Management/ NRI quota. Admission to the govt. colleges can done only through merit basis.
